Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are available for campaign credit purchases made on SocialMediaLab.cloud.

  1. Eligible refunds

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

Your campaign has not been initiated within 24 hours of purchase due to a technical failure on our end

A verified system error on our platform prevented your campaign from being delivered

You contact us within 24 hours of purchase before any campaign activity has begun

  1. Non-refundable situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

The campaign has been partially or fully delivered

The request is made more than 24 hours after purchase

Results did not meet your expectations (as results are not guaranteed)

You provided incorrect target information at the time of purchase

Your account has been suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service

  1. Partial refunds

In cases where a campaign is partially delivered and cannot be completed, a partial refund proportional to the undelivered portion may be issued at our discretion.

A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

  1. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer or bank.

  1. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Accounts associated with fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may be permanently suspended.
