1. Services provided
SocialMediaLab.cloud provides digital marketing and promotional campaign services. Purchases on this Platform are for campaign credits that fund promotional exposure campaigns delivered across various digital channels. We do not sell followers, likes, views, or any similar metrics directly.
2. Campaign credits
Credits purchased on this Platform are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be applied toward promotional campaign services. Credits do not expire, provided your account remains in good standing.
3. Delivery and results
Promotional campaigns are delivered on a best-effort basis. Delivery timeframes stated on the Platform are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Results, including reach, engagement, or audience growth, may vary depending on factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, content quality, and audience behaviour. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer any part of the service
Submit false or fraudulent payment information
Resell or redistribute campaign credits without prior written consent
Accounts found in violation may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
5. Payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your selected payment method. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SocialMediaLab.cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any promotional campaign services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant transaction.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
